About 4-5 hours
Ingredients:
3 kiwifruits {green or gold}
4 Oreo biscuits
1.5 cup vanilla ice-cream
1 cup milk
Directions:
- Scoop 2.5 of kiwifruits flesh into the blender. Distribute the remaining kiwifruits flesh evenly into the bottom of your popsicle moulds.
- Place the rest of the ingredients into the blender.
- Blend until desired consistency.
- Pour the mixture into the popsicle moulds and freeze until solid.
- Serve cold.

- Serving seize depends on your mould. If you don't own a popsicle mould, use mini disposable cups and flat wooden spoons.
- Use both green and gold kiwis for a beautiful mix of colour. Zespri Green kiwis are in season May - November, while Zespri Gold kiwis are in season May - October.
- To hasten ripening, put the kiwifruits in a plastic bag with apples and/or bananas
- For a more intense chocolate flavour, use chocolate ice-cream instead of vanilla.
* Disclosure: Zespri Singapore provided the kiwifruits as part of the 14-Day Daily Scoop of Amazing Challenge. No monetary compensation was received, and all opinions are my own.

It does sound good!
So far this summer I've made homemade pudding pops with tofu added for one cup of milk. Then strawberry shortcake pops; I chopped up shortcake and strawberries then mixed it with vanilla pudding. Then Juice Pops; I put in cranberries with cranberry juice and peaches with orange juice. The boys loved them at the beginning of the summer. Now they won't touch them! I still have some in the freezer. I think I may have over done it at the beginning of the summer.
I have been on a kick making my own popsicles this summer. They are so much healthier and a lot cheaper than buying them from the store. This recipe is definitely going on my must try list! Thanks for sharing :)
