We can't make Vitamin C in our own bodies and as much as we would like to, sadly our diets don't usually consist of enough raw fruits and vegetables to meet our daily requirements. And this is especially true for the kids, like Lil Pumpkin, who can be picky with food at times.

I'm a working mum and I love cooking for my family with fresh food, but usually that happens only during the weekends. Dining out doesn't mean eating unhealthily, but it's a little harder to make sure that the food has maintained its optimum nutrition level. Most nutritious content will be destroyed with cutting, cooking, storing and other forms of processing that we can't control outside the home kitchen :/ A dietary supplement cannot substitute a balanced and healthy diet, but at least it helps in making sure the Lil Pumpkin get enough of what she needs to grow strong, and keeps us "immune" from worry!

Just ONE a day? I'd be complaining. :)
I'm actually surfing iHerb for something like this. My JE takes sweets and I thought why not give her vitamins in sweeties form. There's one with a daily dosage of 4, maybe that'll be more satisfying than ONE!
how timely! i'm currently searching for vitC supplements for the kids, especially thad cos he starts coughing once he's off the meds.
Stacy: yeah she always tries to sneak in more than one haha. These kinda health supplements really appeal to the kids ;)
Missus Tay: Oh these would be perfect! And so conveniently available too.
Often times I make more on the weekends to last through Monday. I've also been using the crock pot. It is so hard having time to do it all!
That product looks amazing! The character on the packaging is so fun! I love the photos you took to!
In the last 2 years they started selling Emergen-C Vitamin drinks for kids. Before they were just sold to adults. When the kids seem like they won't drink a whole lot I mix up one of those drinks. The boys love them.
I love the new products they are coming out that kids like to take. My youngest HATED her vitamins so much a few years ago, she would cry whenever she had to take them. Thankfully we found some gummies that she loves, much like those you mentioned.
