KidsFest 2014 | Snow Dragon Family Performance Tickets + Nestlé Hamper Giveaway

Have you heard? The popular KidsFest is back! Having enjoyed tremendous success in Hong Kong and Singapore since its debut in 2012, this popular festival returns from Wed 15 January - Sun 9 February 2014 with nine international theatre productions adapted from best-selling children’s books.

The productions are tailored for kids of different age groups. The younger kids will definitely enjoy shows like The Gruffalo {join Mouse on an adventurous journey through the deep dark wood in this musical adaptation of the award-winning book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler}, What the Lady Bird Heard {with live music, puppetry and plenty of audience participation, find out how one tiny ladybird saved the day on the farm!} and We're Going on a Bear Hunt {expect catchy songs, interactive scenes and plenty of hands-on adventure on a quest to find a bear} while the older ones will love Horrible Histories Awful Egyptions {from the fascinating Pharaohs to the power of the pyramids, discover the foul facts of death and decay with the meanest mummies in town} and Private Peaceful {touching story about a young First World War soldier awaiting the firing squad at dawn}.

KidsFest 2014 also sees the introduction of KidsFest Plus {KidsFest+} – an exclusive backstage experience on scheduled dates for selected productions where fans can interact up close with the cast over an autograph or photo session.

Tickets are already on sale now with prices ranging from S$35 to S$62. You can book them at any SISTIC outlet or call the hotline 6348 5555. A 10% discount is applicable when you book two shows and a 15% discount when you book three or more! You can also show your purchased tickets or ticket stubs at any SISTIC outlet to receive a 10% discount on additional tickets. The Snow Dragon performance is based on on the picture book by Toby Mitchell & Anna Lewenhaupt. On New Year's Eve, young Billy goat's parents tell him about the legendary Snow Dragon, who will bring him even more goodies during the night. But when Billy bumps into some wolves in the woods, New Year's Day seems a long way off. Find out how Billy escapes - and whether the Snow Dragon will bring him a present.

This is recommended for kids aged 3 - 8 years old, and running time is approx 55 minutes with no interval. Tickets to be collected on the day of show and hamper can be collected after the show from KidsFest staff at Drama Centre.
