Wordless Wednesday: Family Obento Ideas - Fried Rice Paradise | Week 2

What's in my obento this week?
Sausage fried rice with stir-fried long beans and sweet rambutans.

Obento {お弁当} is a home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine and doesn't always need to be complicated or time-consuming. I hope to inspire you to create healthy, everyday obento meals for your family with these simple ideas and tools.

These photos are part of the 52 Weeks Family Obento Ideas series.

You are not able to just highlight and right click to copy any text on my blog.

There's no linky party this week as I'm still traveling through Vancouver & London,
and it's difficult to host with the different time zones & tight itinerary.

I'll still be posting for WW but please come and link up from 22 Jan 2014 onwards again! Thanks! :)

I love the idea of these Bento Boxes. I've been eyeing them on Pinterest. Sadly, my kids are all about sticking with PB&J sandwiches at lunchtime. I'd love to have fun with these boxes!

Yum! My twins start kinder this year, so I've been checking out the 'lunchbox' scene on pinterest. I can't believe how many bento ideas there are. It's great.
