Wordless Wednesday {linky}: Family Obento Ideas - Stewed Pork Belly, Veg & Steamed Egg | Week 13

What's in my obento this week?
Stewed Pork Belly {one of hubby's fave}, Vegetable with Ginger & Steamed Egg.

Obento {お弁当} is a home-packed meal common in Japanese cuisine and doesn't always need to be complicated or time-consuming. I hope to inspire you to create delicious, everyday obento meals for your family with these simple ideas and tools.

These photos are part of the 52 Weeks Family Obento Ideas series.

That's a perfect dish for my son Mica. We tease him all the time about liking Hello Kitty. He doesn't really like her. Actually my 5 year old would be the one that would. He's a cat lover.

I love the Hello Kitty box! Sadly my daughter doesn't care much for Hello Kitty which makes it hard to justify wanting to buy one for me.

I'm thinking I need to get Princess Nagger a Bento Box so I can pack some creative and yummy lunches instead of the boring ones. :)
