Some of them e.g. Christmas socks or wall decorations are very amateur and easy for kids to do by themselves, while others e.g. miniature Christmas tree are more complicated and require adult assistance.
Lil Pumpkin and I made some cute mini Santa Claus. We printed these with my Canon Pixma printer and each template is for 2 Santa Clauses - 1 green 1 red.
Materials:
- Paper Santa Claus printed template
- Scissors
- Glue
- Ruler
- Toothpick
- Tweezers
Follow the assembly instructions included on the webpage and each Santa Claus takes about 30 minutes to make. Later Lil Pumpkin will stick some white cotton wool on the beard part, and decorate with her stickers haha.
Tips:
- Use the ruler to score along the fold lines. This will create sharper, neater folds
- Use a toothpick when applying glue. Thinly applied glue gives a neater finish.
- Use the tweezers when picking up and attaching the small parts. Much easier than using your fingers!
