That was supposed to be what my lunch was going to be like today. My husband packed it, and left it on the counter all night long. Boo! It looks good to.

I have not eaten Kang Kong for quite a while...wonder does it taste nice without chilli?
Kangkong is one of the veggies that I miss from home. They dont have that here!
