Where is this week's playground?
Blk 57, Pipit Road.
FUN Factor?
7/10. Much smaller than the Toa Payoh Dragon or Ang Mo Kio Dragon playgrounds,
it's a very simple mosaic playground for kids to just climb up and slide down the dragon's tail.
I think there used to be a swing but it was removed.
Nonetheless, it is a "must-visit" with the kids for nostalgic reasons
before it disappears in Singapore's move forward.
One of the Singapore Heritage Playgrounds.
Do check out the TPY Mini Dragon, Bishan Clock, Dakota Crescent Dove,
Tampines Mangosteen, AMK Dragon, Tampines Watermelon & TPY Dragon.
Play is important for children to learn, grow and discover the world we live in.
As we visit as many fun, nostalgic and even quirky playgrounds as we can this year,
I hope to inspire you to make play an even bigger part of your kids' lives and
explore much more of our beautiful Singapore!

Children and playgrounds go together like ice cream and cake! Thanks for linking with me and hosting! Teresa at NanaHood.com
I don't think I've ever seen a slide that had stairs alongside it. Very neat!
Neat dragon design!
It's a great looking slide!
Cool pics.
Happy WW!
That's a really old school looking slide.
Yeah I love the old-school, uniquely-Singaporean feel of this playground!!
Playing is an important part of our lives, I agree. And the dragon slide is just plain cool. :)
That looks like a really fun slide! I love the dragon!
Looks like another fun one!
Ok, i LOVE this slide!! and is that tiny tile on the pole in the center??
Now that is a cool slide! What fun. Thanks for stopping by and sharing at Tots and Me
Love the family photo! This playground looks so cute! I love dragons so this is my fave!
we don't have many cool playgrounds here. in recent years, they have change a lot of them to a "standard" set which includes the usual suspects like a slide, ladder, etc. sometimes swings and other cool things could be found at private playgrounds (apartment complexes, recreation centers, etc.)
It's fun to see such different playgrounds. The dragon theme is cute.
That's a cool slide. I don't know how much time would be spent there. Probably not much. Just a few rounds down then time to move on :)
What's your daughter's favorite playground?
I haven't asked which is her fave actually! I shall have to ask her one day... but I think she likes those with waterplay the most :)
Cool family selfie Ai!
Hmm what's with all the dragons? Trademark of the designer?
It is nice to find another dragon playground. It looks nice....
